High quality headphones...

anyone got any links to an external amp (small please?) that can run some nice headphones? maybe $100~150 headphones - non-buds, that are quite comfertable?

the highs on my headphones hurt my ears like woah at moderate volumes, so i put them on my temples. the little wrap part hurts my ears too.

i really need somthing more erginomical and better sounding, it drives me crazy listning to any kind of music where the midbass sounds like when my poop comes out my ***.
