rattles on my muffler heat shield

my shield sits between my trunk floor(spare tirewell) and my muffler, when my bass hits the heat shield rattles ungodly. anybody had this problem and know how to stop it?

Im not sure if it will do anything, but i have a rattle in my exhaust irrelevent to subwoofers. part of my exhaust is hitting one of the straps that holds on the gas tank, so i plan on wrapping the pipe where the collision occurs with some headerwrap.

im gonna drill some screws into bottom of my trunk from the shield with rubber in between hopefully it will fit it.
