Help with box design for 2 Alpine SWR-1042D

looking for a ported box design for 2 Alpine 10" swr-1042D
tuned to 33hz, both speakers and port facing forward
max box dimensions are 32"W and 14" H and the Depth can be adjusted from anything up to 24"D
I'm not super picky or super experienced in box building so i'm open to suggestions and or advice especially on the port tuning frequency. 33hz is just something that was recommended to me by a friend who is a bit more experienced than i am so any help with this would be appreciated
