Help with best way to run system

Hi i have 4 (6.5 inch) mids in the doors already, i wanna add 2 tweeter 40hm 200rms each, on a 800watt 2ch 2ohm amp 1(12 inch) sub 2/4ohm 900rms, have a 3200watt mono amp pushing 1500rms at 4ohm, question is do i need a crossover with the system or can they be wired without any NB: the tweeters have capacitors

The capacitors are the x-overs.
