thanks for looking into box prices for me and i don't see a picture? but i understand what you are saying. I think a box tuned to around 30hz would prolly be best for me then

ok thank you both for the input. So i think that a 30hz tuning roundabouts would probably be best for me then as a beginner and for the sound I want. and thank you for looking into box prices for me too rabbit

I would think from personal experience that 33(ish) would be ideal in your application, but I have not ran the numbers on your subs. Just a guess, but I would bet it is close to right.

There is a huge price difference between prefab ebay enclosures and custom built though. I'm sure you can ask anyone on here that the price is normally well worth it.

i think i will upgrade in the future but right now i don't have the money for a custom box. i can't go over 150 and still have enough for the amp and all i still need to buy. so thanks i know where to look next time now

Understandable

Another option is to have RAM_Designs whip up a design and cut sheets for you. Then you build your own if you have time/tools to do so.
