Bluetooth, pls help!!!!

I am looking for a Bluetooth adapter for audio transmission ONLY(it is fine if it has phone capabilities but I wont use them). What I need is a Bluetooth receiver with a 12v power requirement and an RCA output. My head unit(Clarion CMD5) has an RCA aux in the back of it. Clarion makes a unit (BLT370) but the transmission of the audio is supposed to be horrible. I would think this type of Bluetooth adapter would be very common. Many head units come with this built in, why wouldnt there be an aftermarket for it? I want to be able to carry my audio device (itouch or ipad) around the boat and not be tetherd to 3.5 mini cable at the drivers helm.

Any help is appreciated, thank you.
