HELP! sub not doing anything! (pics)

im doing my first install on my first system, and i apparently did something wrong. My amp lights up as if its getting power but the subwoofer makes no sound.

i have an alpine cda-9856

profile ap1000m

audioque sd2.515

knukonceptz amp install kit, and 12guage speaker wire i got at lowes

Pic's no worky!! For your situation, I'm not real sure what your problem is. Do you know for sure the amp is in working condition. Mine did somthing like that a while ago, I took it apart and found that it was blown. Hope this helps a little...

make sure all rca's are plugged into the HU and amp.

I had a similar problem, make sure you have a good ground. I didn't have a solid ground on mine and it would light up and not make any sound.

Also if you have a bass boost knob make sure it's not broken, my subs were really quiet even with the boost turned up and I when I shook the knob it would start pounding.

check your RCA's carefully, maybe somethings wrong there

Did u solder the connections on the inside of the box? I had a loose connection and it came loose in the box. Had to take the subwoofer out and eveything.

yes, im pretty sure all the connections are help together.

with the gains all the way up, and volume at 19/35 the dmm said 32 volts.

did you turn on subwoofers from the HU? go into setup/audio/subwoofers/on

did you turn your subwoofer output to +15? go into mode/mode/mode, until you get to level.... turn the knob all the way up to 15......

also, i just connected the ground wire from the amp directly to the neg terminal on the battery, so it cant be ground problem now, or an amp problem. soooo, the only possibility now is rca cables?
