Help me pick an amp for my PSI platform 2 10'' 2ohm subs

Might as well throw Stetsom and SounDigital in there too. Sick, sick amps and they come in 2ohm flavor.

I think we got his head swirling there for a bit..lol...what's up with Stetsom?..seems like a few yrs ago, that's all folks talked about...and now..nothing.

lol I'd say.. Alot of competition out there now. I guess I need to sit down and do some homework on this, doesn't seem to be a straight forward answer to it lol

I think I am leaning toward that B2 for my subs. Strapping the crossfire would be nice but I honestly don't think I have the room for that without some interior mods.

HMMMM decisions decisions.. I've got about a week left to decide

I will do a build log for sure, Hope to get my truck gutted out and sound deadened before the snow flys up here ..

So I pulled the trigger on the B2 Zero1, should get it within the week. I think it will be a good fit for this sytem. Now to find an amp for my front stage. That Zed has been calling my name >.

Sweet!..You went with the big boy amp. The ZED's are beasts. Just about nothing you can't do with them.

Quick question about the B2, It's got dual power and ground inputs, which I'm not to familiar with. Looking at the diagram in the manual it shows running two seperate power wires up to the battery. Should it be ok to just use my single 1/0 lead from the battery and then Come out of a distro block close to the amp. also If I do that should I have a fuse in each of wires leading to the amp or is the one fuse in my main cable enough?

Maybe I could just put an AGM battery beside the amp and run both supply leads off that.

for 2-3000 watts rms you'll need a group 31 battery like the xs d3100

That a 4.5k amp i would run 2 bats in the back. Since ur getting ur amp from lucas he is a batcap dealer also. I would look into 2 batcap 3ks.

I would suggest 2 or 3 (2 to start) identical to the one you already have, along with 2 runs of 0ga, and double up any 0ga wiring upgrades you have already done....I know it may sound like overkill, but the amp you have coming is going to transfer a shit ton of juice at .5 ohm....the dang thing calls for 350a fusing and it is a guess who for me as far as power output, but get the electrical right and I don't think 4.5 - 5k is going to be out of the ballpark. It is underrated at 4200 watts at 1 ohm on 14v , as it is.

I have a hunch you already have a separate, accurate volt meter, if not, get one.
