planned to get pyle ppa-8s for midbass

nopers, little geo metro 2 door. budget build, thus the lower price equipment. Just trying to make something loud for locals but able to pull hairtricks so nothing big.

Oh I getya! The Pyle PA 8 ohm speakers had me wondering. Did you get the speakers thru Walmart.com? They're really cheap! I actually use the Pyles sometimes for replacement home speakers.

had them from a long while back on parts express and kmart online.. had them sat around forever so i'm just going to try and use them since it'd not be worth trying to sell them for as little as people can get them now. They are actually very nice in person compared to what they look like online. Least to me.

any advice on crossing them over points or tweet suggestions?

8's should go up to around the 500 range maybe a little more so your 6's are plenty safe and the 6's from there to about 5000 should be good depending on the tweets... Tweeter choice Id look into these VVVV if it was me... This is about howd Id set mine up if it was me but its very dependent on install as well..

im not sure where to set everything though Dappa as i've never used ones of those before...ever, can you help me on this if I try that out? i've lost most all knowledge i've had with audio.. now I have a headache lol.

yessir, and tweets in a pillars is current idea. I know the mounting depth is pretty large ( imo ) on the 8s with like 3.7 inches or something.. but yes, this was general idea

was picking up a sundown 200.4 to properly power the 8 ohm ppa8 and ppa6s, still deciding amp for tweets. sub(s) currently are 4 12" hifonics hifis until I buy 4 12" newer type Rs.

setting it will be based on what mids and tweeters you are running and yes you will need a min of 6 ch 2 high / 2 mid/ and 2 low

midbass: pyle ppa-8 8 ohm x 4

mids: pyle ppa-6 8 ohm x 6

Tweets: Vifa XT25SC90-04 Ring Radiator Tweeter 4 ohm x 6

now for the 6 channels, how would I do it with the amps? would I need three 2 channel amps or could i use a sundown 200.4 and another setup. Never used a crossover like you suggested before so.. this is new to me.
