The slightly older SX series were designed by Zed Audio and are quite nice. Obviously PG today isn't PG back in the days of Route 66, Frank Amp n' Stein, etc.

Just about all Main Stream amps today and well known brands have slummped into the Trashed catagory of Quality as well as reliability with Poor Quality control tatics
