Has anyone ordered from Fi Audio lately???

I ordered two dropin recone kits for my XXX motors and baskets 6 weeks ago today. Nick @Fi claimed they shipped out last Monday but I asked UPS how long it normally takes from Las Vegas to my location and they say 4 days max. Only a 2hr distance. Emails between me and Nick were fine on a daily basis UNTILL I paid. Once they were paid for emails were not getting replied. I know Fi does not have a phone number so getting in contact is hard. Also I requested a tracking number last Tuesday and have yet to get a reply. I'm not bashing Fi, great company. Just want to know if someone ordered from them lately, how long did it take to receive your stuff? I REALLY need these for finals THIS weekend and though 6 and a half weeks would be enough time. ** sorry if i spelled anything wrong or sounds like crap I'm on my phone
My friend just bought a Fi Q 15" about 3 weeks ago and just received it LONGEST I've ever heard of Fi taking hell my SSD I got about 3 years ago came in less than a week! D:

That is how it is here. I keep the number up to help customers get direct contact, but man that derails the whole day 99% of the time.
We had to take all but one of our numbers down too. So for them, it is amplified (pun intended) 20x.

And I was thinking of buying Fi, i gues this thread answered my question
The current customer support doesn't reflect any of the products quality I for one love Fi and if I could afford some Fi Q's I'd run them, personally like my Level 3's more than I did my SSD's though.

There customer support has never been this bad until recently and I'm starting to wonder why.

Yea I'm leaning more towards him since everyone says great things and I seen awesome work by him.
I fucked with SPLaudio multiple times.. Nothing but great customer service.. at first I was slightly hesitant to send him my money (awhile back..no website..not a "real" company) but I did anyway and I'll never mess with anybody else now. I could text him at 2 am some stupid **** and he would still reply.

Good guy, hes not out to make money, he just wants to put his stuff out there to the world.

I have had good luck with Fi and would not hesitate to use again if I were in the market.

Another company I would consider at a lower price range is Obsidian, but I have not heard any of their subs. From the comments, it's "something like a Mag v3" (which I had and was awesome)

People don't understand they BUILD their subs. These other companies have time because the way they "build" is by putting parts from china onto pallets and onto delivery trucks when you buy.

It doesn't matter because Fi will be around for a long time. AA/Fi isn't all they do.

Just got an email back from Fi after 1 day.

PS- I do think its kinda ******** that OP was told his stuff was going to be done but didn't get done. I had a mishap like that once with Fi but they accidentally had my parts in a box in the warehouse and thought they shipped it. Needless to say when they found out, they shipped it 2nd day air to me.

The shady part isnt how long it took.. its the lack of communication, they reply instantly but once payment is recieved they are no where to be found? That's a #1 sign of complete and utter terrible disregard for customer service.

At my work (completely unrelated, but still a business with customers) I personally get sick to my stomache if someone says they havent been helped in a few days after contacting us. That's just how it goes. The companies with good service will persevere and the others WILL parish.

Update:

Talked to Scott and he got everything settled. Shipped out today overnight express. He also says Nick is BS so my assumptions about him stand. He also gave me his personal # just in case

I use these and they work great. I splice them right before the LOC. One leg on the negative the other on the positive.
