Guidance on replacement sub speaker for my enclosed setup

This is what the original specs are
  • 1100W Max Single 10" Sealed Subwoofer Enclosure with Built-In Amplifier)
  • Power Handling:
    • Peak: 1100W
    • RMS: 300W
I'm just not sure how much room I have for speaker choices... Do I have to pick a 300rms or less speaker? Or can it be 400,500,600?

Im unsure because the amp specs say 300rms
