subs are identical. Same motor and basket for certain. hell if you copy and paste both subs specs on top of each. identical. same box specs. fs is a tad different. Really makes me think they fibbed a tad. wanting to know if they are the same coil spider too. Because i way overpaid for rebranded skar if so! Any body have experience?

It is doubtful that anything like that uses a good (American Made) coil so really I don't suppose there's going to be much difference between any of the cookie cutter JLD built """brands""". And really depending on your application you probably don't even need American made coil or expensive soft parts or fancy frames or anything else.
