You didn't read my story did you. You don't go in and fight. You go in and plead no contest. If your record is as good as you say, your insurance won't go up. You request the points and school be waived in favor of paying the fine. Unless your area is really ****ed in the head this works everywhere I have seen. I just did it and my ticket was bigger than yours. I got no points, no increase in insurance. NOTHING but the ticket. If you fight it and waste the judges time he won't waive shit unless you have undeniable proof of your innocence..
