good 15 in sub?

I am looking for a good 15" sub that will handle 600 watts RMS. I don't want to spend too much, but i need something that will hit hard, and that will not blow! opinions are sweet, thanks

The Rockford Fosgate Hx2 15" does that. Great hard hittin sub. The Alpine Type R's are around there too, but there more of a SQ sub.
