But they are fine for a starting battery and burps. Not so much for demoing.

small update..

Got my custom terminals and bus bars in today and my copper ring terminals.. My 3 batcap 2000's get here thursday

and Just want to thank toolmaker for the awesome customer service and also making me these custom terminals and bus bars. Came out great love them and got them in 2days!!..I would recommend you to anyone and will be buying more from you later thats for sure..

Man...you should be more than fine with those Batcaps. I only run two 2000s with my stock battery (100 ah) and I hold voltage great on my 4k2d.

I run a 150a alt. and been running my setup for almost 4 months now. Both of my 2000s still rest at an even 12.5v.

Glad to hear that, ya I've herd nothing but good about these batts. Thats why i was thrown off by that guys comments that there only for "burps" I was like wow lol thats a first:X I'm getting closer to finishing this starting to get real hahaha

Just the 3 batcap 2000's (1 under hood 2 in rear) / 4 runs of 1/0 from front to bak / big 3 and once its all done I'm driving down to DC Power to get that new XP alt that does 200amps@idle. Oh...I thought you had a different main battery. You should get a bigger primary battery and still use the 3 Batcaps.

I would suggest an XS Power D2700 at least. Then you'd be good to go.

Ya I'll see how the batcap 2000 does under the hood. I think I will be fine once my alt is in but if not I will upgrade.. I already got the custom terminals for the batcap for under hood so I'ma use it..
