Gain: Wrong Test Tone??

I know my DMM works because I got the voltage down for my mono block. I know my component amps work fine because I tested both T320/F340 and I get around 1.5 volts using the AC. I had MX on, volume@ 20/35, fader to the front, and had it on full pass.

What's wrong guys? Is it the 1khz test tone?

yeah cmon... i bet there are many others who have this question.... so 100hz will work with my tweeters while im doing my mids??
