ok so i have my level on my amp set to around 3v.. my HU has a non-fader setting that also increases the level.. it goes up to 6. i have it on 6.. i was told not to max anything out on my headunit.. i was told i should set the nonfader lvl on my HU to 0 and adjust the gain on my amp instead.. i think it sounds good now with my gain at around 3v and and HU setting at 6.. my question is how much higher do u think i will have to set the gain on my amp to equal what it is now if i set my HU nonfader setting to 0?
