hey, i installed an AIWA cd/tape combination into my car this weekend but i have a problem. The deck works but the fuse for my panel (speedomintor, rpm's, etc.) keeps blowing out for some reason. I know its my deck b/c i unplugged it and put the fuse in and it didn't blow but when i plugged the deck back in the fuse blew immediately. Can anyone tell me why this fuse keeps blowing and what i can do to fix it???? Thanx!

2 things...

1. Cheak the all the wires.. do sh*t rig it look carfuly...

2. see if you are also running the dash dim wire.. if you are disconet it and cap it.

If you ask me it smells like you misconnected the main power and the memory power of the HU

If you intented them to be connected to one cable you might have done something wrong there... 100 % wiring

It would be cheaper, it might be easier to find a place to mount it, and you would have a ton of options if you just do two, 3 slot fuse holders...

My bad, yes, I read them each as having two 4ohm coils. The JBL diagram left a bit to be desired, IMO. ;) And a double yes, thought U was talking...
