Fuse and power distribution block question

I have to change a amp and I have the power from the battery connected to a distribution block with two fuses in it, can I pull out the fuses do what I have to do and then put the fuses back in? Nothing will spark or anything right? Thanks in advance

if you pull the fuses out the power wire proceeding will not have power, i thinks thats what your asking. (you should be good)

Yeah, I wanted to make sure it's safe to pull the fuses cause its easier then disconncting the positive from the battery.
