From 3 10s to 4 12s

I need help with a design. I'm tryin to fit 4 12s in a sealed enclosure in my hatch but, i don't want them to fire up, forword or directly to the side. My space comes to 36" wide 17.5" tall and 66" deep. All my designs had canelation flaws So i gave up on them. Can someone please help me?

You have a ton of room. You could go to a 7th order bandpass and just see ports!!! I would think any bandpass design could hide the subs completely. You just need a good formula to design the box correctly.

this would be nutso just 4 6" ports firing forward or rearward

so what then? angled baffle? down firing is you only direction you could fire, there is only up, front rear or side to fire the woofers.

i want the subs to fire to the rear in a sealed box also the measurement of 17.5" tall has changed to 22.5" tall. sorry about the change.

i don't like ported and i hate bandpass. i like to stick with sealed enclosures cuase they sound better to me

This is a personal problem, lol. Dont want any of those directions....so all you have is DOWN and to the REAR....make em do both, lol. 2 down, 2 rear.

I drive a ford probe witch is a 2 door hatchback, with the subs firing up they sounds shitty to me. as easy as it would be to just fire all 4 up i don't want to money and time. now can someone help me or design a box for 4 rear firing 12s that will fit the measurements 36" wide, 22.5" tall and 66" deep or is it not possible?

umm i would say impossible because u need like 50 inches wide

u only have enough to barely even get 3 subs if that firing back unless if possible u could not make the box as deep and angle the front like a v

you know what i am saying so 2 subs on each side and angle the box like a v
