First time out, tweets and crossover advice needed

Hello all, I'm assembling my first system and have decided to replace my current door speakers with a set of Polk Momo MMC650 coaxial 2-ways. Since they're going to be at ankle level, I wanted to try and raise the soundstage a bit (plus I like my music kinda bright). I'm thinking of adding a set of tweeters surface mounted to the sail panels behind the side-view mirrors or maybe flush mounted in the top of the door panels. The Polk 650s come with their own crossovers and the speakers themselves have two separate sets of terminals (one for the woofer and one for tweets). My question is, if I wire an additional set of tweeters, in parallel, by tapping into the tweeter leads fed from the coaxial crossovers would I still need to include the crossovers that came with the second set of tweeters?

Oh, both the doors and rear decks are being amped by a 4-channel Profile that's supposed to be able to deliver 4x125w (RMS) at 2 Ohm.

One last thing, my amp has a tuneable high pass mode that can filter out anywhere from 80Hz to 1.2k. But since the Polks can handle stuff as low as 43Hz, can't I just bypass the amp's internal high pass filter and stick with the external crossovers?

Thanks in advance.

Not sure about weather the polk crossover could handle 2 sets of tweets hooked up to it (i wouldn't do it)...but re: the high pass to filter your lows...i don't think you'll be seeing those really reproducing 40hz at much of any volume, and if i were you i'd be looking to have the subwoofer produce 80hz and lower...those speakers will not like seeing a full range signal including subwoofer level frequencies at any type of volume and will distort... my rainbow's woofers are technically rated to reproduce down to 38hz or some such but if i don't cross them over at all, they will not be happy at high volumes. Gotta kill the way low stuff going to that size of speaker.

do you alreadyt have the momos??? if not then ust get some components and dont worry about multiple tweeter. Because you have a tweet low and high itll make for a funny sounding stage. I would just focus on getting some nice components. or you could bypass the momos tweet altogether. just a thought
