CDT Es-643 running active with the midbass in the door, mid range and tweeter in the kicks

12" IDmax IB

Positive and negative 1/0 runs from front to back

Lots of deadener already plus more as you will see

All wires techflexed

The baffle is done just needs to be finished but i have not decided.

finished, has 9 layers of 1.5oz mat plus the fleece.

I have pictures of th kickpanels somewhere ill see if i can find them

As for what i did today got my more sludge and sealed up the front doors.

Each door has a layer of edead //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/mad.gif.c18f003ab0ef8a0d9c27ca78d77a6392.gif layer of damplifier and some random raammat. Then covered by sludge and then covered in overkill close cell foam

Passenger door sludged

Inner doorskin with 2 layers of mat, sludge and

overkill

door sealed and sludged up, did not get to foam the outside yet because the sludge is not dry

Driverside sealed up and dry half with overkill

Tomorrow just gotta screw in the baffles mount the midbass and clay them in.

Then i can get working on the false floor

dc650.6 and possibly the 1100.1 if i can get it for the price i want, 650.6 will be here monday along with a mrp-m1000 until i decide if the 1100.1 is worth it

only problem with the 650.6 is the limit on power to the midbass .. i dont know about u but i had 300watts going to each of my midbass when i did sq

Yea i was kind of worried about that, however ive ran these same speakers through the passvies on 200w and the midbass was impressive. So active, plus my amp with the factory upgrade should be doing in the range of 150w or so im told.

Hopefully it will be enough or im going to bridge it and go 2 way with some horns

they are going to want alot more trust me alxmr on here had the ES06+ and he had i think around 250-300 on them each when i had my SLS 6.5s with 300 on each i really didnt need subs

Didnt really do anything today, had to build a dash piece for a dude, got a little sanding but i ran outa discs for my angle grinder and cant find them anywhere (its a matco?) So i could only hand sand.

Needs sanding on the right side as you can see, im going to buy a new sander tomorrow if i cant find some discs. Also need to work on some sealing issues on the baffle, will most likely use foam under the carpet

Looks pretty sweet

Small gap on the front side, no no for an IB

Maybe ill get something done tomorrow, its gonna start getting cold

I hope not lol, other ill have to do a mandatory upgrade. Im only going to play them down to 63hz or so, they are pretty efficient drivers so im hoping ill like the output, all the work ive done on the doors should help a little to.
