I have a few questions..is there any disadvantage of using a double din in a high power system? A lot of guys I see that's running high power systems don't have double din units. I considered running a carputer in my build..is there any pros and cons of this?

Only draw back is capability. DDs tend to be more toys than audiophile features.

Might go with a single din and a tablet or carputer after doing more research
