EQ setting

i have no idea how to set me equalizer settings... instead of saying: Bass, Mids, and Trebel... all it says is some number followed by Hz.

The Hz values are 60 Hz, 150 Hz, 400 Hz, 1 kHz, 2.4 kHz, 6 kHz, and 12 kHz

on my deck it lets me select anyone of those and go down to -5 all the way up to +5

anyone know which are the highs mids and lows?

also for my sub EQ in my dash it gives me 3 options to adjust my subs... 115Hz, 85Hz, and 55Hz... any advice is helpful

no one can tell you what to set your eq at. it's different for everyone. all you can do is play around with it and see what you like and don't like. no one can tell you exactly what to set it on.

well can anyone tell me which are the highs and which are the lows?

highs = higher Hz
