I'm not trying to be an ahole or anything but is this is a right way to do it.

So finally my second box arrived today ( You know already what happened with a first one), and oh well ..

First: terminal ring: does that look good or I'm just half asleep.

Also sub dropped into place and it sits nicely. My question is how should I fit that rubber thing in there which came witha Fi?? Any ideas please

The terminal cup may have been due to me slightly rushing to get this to you...have you played music in it and does it leak air?

As for the ring thing im pulling my hair out about that...gawd. If you want I could make another but for now im going to try and get some sleep, this makes me sick //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif...gawd

You have PM, I'm truely embarassed and ashamed of myself..you have no idea

I think I may be heading to the garage tonight to start+finish another enclosure for ya, im not going to be able to sleep like this...gawd im pi$$ed at myself //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

No , don't go to the garage. This is a second box and there is no way you doing another one. I'll figure something out. Like other guys saying, maybe I could use the sub without the gasket.

So by the way gasket is there just to make sub a look nicer or it actually works as a seal??

No I did not try it yet, because I have to setup my system first. In NJ is like 35 and snowing.

looks like the hole for the terminal was cut to big or misaligned or somthing .. as for the gasket ya it makes everything look cleaner but it shouldnt effect anything if u dont use it

yikes

honestly the box should be fine

those terminal cups can be a pain in the *** like that if you dont get everything really tight because there's so little tolerance between the mounting hole and the screw holes on a lot of them

Use smaller screws for them too that'll help
