And that overhang on the outside layer was a length mistake on my part...it will be taken care of with a flush-trim bit once mounted..

The ones other than the port corner I use to take up the uneeded space when designing the enclosure and to add some support...I really just start crunching numbers for the specs and see that it's a bit larger than I wanted and tuned a bit lower than I wanted so adding support helps me out there, I then just do the math for about how much I need to lose to get 'X'...and guestimate sizes until it all works out.Out of curiosity, other the the port, how do you decide how big to make your 45's?
