Nice work. It looks solid. Do you rout the subwoofer hole as well as the flush mount? Or do you rout the flush mount and cut the inner hole with a jig saw?

Thanks man. I route both holes. On this one, my router shifted while I was cutting the circle so I had to trim one of the circles with the jigsaw. But it's usually not the way I is.

Thanks guys^^^ and yeah the kerf adds almost no change in the tuned frequency. here are a few more pics of teh carpeting process. it will be done and shipped tomorrow. the logo was actually pretty easy to do, this was my first raised logo in carpet.
