some new pics... had to rework the port size and length... here is the new design...

had to knock out the front piece i had done do dont have much to show but i got all the port pieces cut out

not to mention the most pain in the *** either!

Looks good, can't wait to see it start coming together. The lexan will be easy to get, any glass shop will have some.

For those that can't tell, the inside will be painted white, the ports will be black, and it will be covered with black carpet.

Wondering why that last corner in the port doesn't get a 45 degree plank? Since the top piece is, the second is kurfed and the other one is just 90 degrees????

Well I am going to buy the d1 ICON probably either this week or next week. Yours sounded great! I was quite suprised how loud two 10's did.

BTW my wire is indeed 4ga.
