Alright, this enclosure will be 3 cubes net, 50.375 sq inches of port, and tuned to 30hz for a pair of 10's out of randy's (assman's) van.

Most of the pieces cut..

Thanks guys...and yea, birch is way lighter and the screws bite better into it imo along with it being a bit stronger I'd say.

And yea, I used birch for the enclosure in the saturn...it's rock-solid.

Indeed, my current box for my DC 18" is birch and its light enough for me to carry it with one hand, (minus the sub of course lol)

Yea, staining the birch would be nice..
