Electrical Nightmare!

My cars electrical for stereo is about as ****ed up as you can imagine. Been a frusterating month of trying to figure it out. I need some help.

Long story but basically previous owner was Loco and wired his bangin 6x9s in two spectacular plywood boxes! Behind the $10 aftermarket deck he had in I found there was NO wires for the door speakers. Been a pain in the *** but I just got through runnin new wires for door speakers to dash. Now I find the constant and ignition wires arent goin where they supposed to. I'm plannin on ripping them out aswell. Thats my problem...

Where should I run constant and ignition wires too? Constant directly to batt or can I splice into another wire somewhere easier? And have no idea where the ignition wire should go. Please help me out

Also:

-Car is 1991 Ford Explorer 4WD.

-Its been pain to work with so I'm hoping I DONT need to remove entire dashboard. So far I've been working around it without too much problems. So if there's a way I can run these wires without taking off dash would be great. Thanks

Its not that I dont know which wires are which. Its that the harness in the car is, I'm guessing, disconnected to battery. I tested both the constant and ignition wires with ground on a volt meter and neither gave power. I figured that means there not goin to battery. Means I need to run new wires to replace them.

Thanks for quick response though.
