electrical for audiopipe ap30001d?

there is a thread about the aqx3500 where he was saying 3700@.5ohm or something like that. as for impedence rise, it is not just for one note, you will get it with music as well.

as for op, i want clamp results that you are getting a true 3k with a shitty electrical system

im not 100% sure here, but im nearly positive that my sundown amp is more efficient than your shitty hifonics LOL //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

ill find someone that has the stuff to bench my amp and ill go as far as taking a video of the whole thing.

i still fail to see how you cant agree that if an amp is rated 3000 @ 1 ohm @ 12v, REGUARDLESS of electrical system, IF the amp is truly at 1 ohm (after rise and anything else) AND the voltage is AT and stays AT/ABOVE 12v, how does it NOT get 3000w? you're wrong. if thats not the case, why isnt my amp rated at 1500-2000 @ 12v? its simple math dude, learn it.

impedence rise you will see in music but since the notes are not constant it will not be the same...it'll rise and fall like a sound wave..so yes you wont see 3k AT ALL TIMES but you will still see 3k given the voltage stays up.

i have had a sundown 3k and when i had it wired to .5ohm, the impedence rose to 1.5ohm. the amp was doing about 2700@13vols @1.5ohm but i had a good electrical. im just saying that just because you have it wired to .5ohms and you drop to 12v doesnt mean you are getting 3k.

just go get a cheap clamp meter and test it out, so you can prove us wrong. but you will be the first to get the most efficient amp out there. in order for it to do 3k, it will need to pull atleast 300amps. your small battery and small alt just cant sustain that current draw, plain and simple.

and ill put my system up against your system any day. even with my hifonics amps;)

csu u might not wanna jump the gun on that whole put ur car up against anyones...its only an 18 with 4k on it (given ur electrical can keep up and ur impedence rise isnt as high as it was with the sundown)

LMAO is that why even the AQ 3500 only pulls 300 amps but is rated at 3500? current draw isnt always an indicator of how many watts you are getting..thats already been proven

not anyones, his. if he is going to run his mouth about my setup, then he should step up and see how it does.

true, but when i had my sundown, through testing i found i was pulling about 300amps at full tilt so if his is doing 3k, then it should be pulling about the same
