Thread rod in for bracing. the nuts aren't on yet, the box that I thought I had left over from mine had 2 in it lol.

When you do threaded rod, you use 4 nuts right? Like obviously nuts on the outside, but do you guys put them on the inside aswell so the box cant flex inwards at all?

Yep, nuts and washers in the inside and outside. This time we used the nuts with the nylon inserts, that way they lock better.

When I was building my box, they only had three with the nylon inserts, so everywhere else we had to double nut with regular nuts.

Here is the circuit board my brother made and the other part of it which is a light sensor. also there are 8 LEDs that will shine in the port area...

If you ever want anything of circut boards and lights made.. let me kno ill talk to him and see what he can do
