EA4000 and 2ohm speakers?

Hello everyone in my 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix I have a Eclipse EA4000 amp and a set of Infinity REF9623I the amp does not say its 2ohm stable! but the speakers are 2ohm how would I hooks these up? series by chance? idk! Thanks for the help

your 69's are 4 ohm. there is no problem.

The amp is 2 ohm stable in stereo and 4 ohm stable bridged. So just hook those speakers up in stereo(one speaker per channel) and your good

The pages I lokeda t say those speakers are 4 ohm; but that's infinty's site so u got me.

But either way like cf2004 said; your amp is stable at 2 ohms as long as it isnt bridged. Your still fine.

ok better yet heres the manual on the amp no where do i see 2 ohm stable. the only reason why I'm still going on about this is I had this set up in an older car I I know it had to be set up differently cause of the dif ohms of the speakers,

for those that said the ea4000 amps are 2 ohm stereo your wrong. when i purchased my ea2000 a couple years ago i called Eclipse becuase it had no where in there the rated power at two ohms and the tech told me that the Ea2000 and the Ea4000 were only "4 ohm stable amps". so tha's 4 ohms stereo and 4 ohms bridged.

to get a 4 ohm load with speakers you'd have to wire htem in seires and run them off one channel. or sell it and get you a XA4000 those are 2 ohm stable
