Deck turns off when i accelerate

Alright so my buddy bought a chevy silverado about a year ago and it had the stock HU but the guy before him put in a sub and amp, it was a 4-channel amp and the guy wired the two front speakers and the sub to it.....i have never seen that but it worked. It made a whining noise under the hood so my friend got tired of it and just unhooked the power from the battery and played his music off the back door speakers only. Yesterday he finally bought a deck and we decided we were just gonna put in the new deck, run all four speakers off of the 4-channel and then throw in a second amp for his sub, like the set up in my truck. well instead of buying a wire harness he was cheap and wanted to try to use the factory harness, we got the ground and power and everything hooked up and it turns on and what not but once you give the truck gas, the deck turns off, and when you stop it turns back on...what is going on? any suggestions?

is it just the stock wire harness? or is it because he didnt cap off the loose wires and they could be hitting each other? or is it tripping somewhere?

yes i know, i told him to stop being a jew and just buy a wire harness, i think he may go do it now.

To late now if he cut off the connector the car you cant use the harness now.

You get in the car drive to the auto parts store and pick yourself up a haynes manual and use the wiring diagram in the to figure out what in the world to do lol.
