I'm really enjoying the thread DonPisto. However, I don't necessarily agree with your choice in headlights/taillights. I think you do great work, and with craftsmanship of your caliber, you should be doing HID retrofits on your stock headlights and LED conversions for the taillights. You can use the ebay ones for temporary use while you work on the project and sell them once your done. I hope you don't take this comment the wrong way, but the quality of the retros will be worth the time and effort.
The baffles could also be improved ascetically. The build looks great, and best of luck with the project.

Love the Mugen shift knob BTW.

Not taking anything you said the wrong way at all. I like the headlights quite a bit, I really don't like the stock ones compared to them. As for the rear, I would like something better and I've seen some LED's that have been blacked out that look like the stock ones. I would have gotten those, but the price was almost what I paid for the headlights, tail lights, and cold air intake altogether.

The baffles are just temp. I cut several pieces out before and used them just to get ideas as far as depth goes. Those aren't near being done. Once I have the size and location figured out, I will be using a dremel and sanding the crap out of them to get a nice shape.

I can't wait to get started on the trunk though...gonna be fun, time consuming, and a pain in the *** all at the same time.

I didn't know till the other member interested in the tc9 PM'ed me, lol. I might have a box and some shipping stuff...If you wanna double box a sub, its always a good idea, but will cost a little more. For the 12" sub, you can put it in a 12 x 12 x 12 box and then put that in a 14 x 14 x 14 box....they should have those sizes at walmart, but let me check what I have and I'll bring it tomorrow.

Yea seriously, the sound deadening alone is going to take forever. I can't even fathom the amount of time/work that goes into deadening the firewall. I suppose it's better to take it one project at a time and finish this one before moving onto retros. Keep up the good work and keep us updated.

Trunk has been deadened. Only parts that remain and need to be deadened are the tail lights, open spaces in the trunk lid, and the area where kick pods would go if I were to have them.

I wish I could do the firewall, but that would require taking out the engine and from the inside possibly the dash, not quite too sure...and I don't want to get that involved...at least not right now.
