Do i need more juice?

The question is this: If i was to go to a 2600 watt at 1ohm amp, would i need more electrical juice.

Electronics i have now: 110 amp alt, 1 stock batt in front, 1 optima yellow top in back, 2 1.2 farad caps. 4 gauge wiring to amp, No big 3 done (no headlight diming while driving)

Currently running a PG xenon 1200.1 (1200 watts at 4,2 and 1ohm) and alpine mrf-345v: at idle (500 rpm) with volume at max (playing late night tip by 3 6 mafia) ill get a drop from 14.1v to ~11.6v, during any driving ill get a steady 13.5v.

WOULD I NEED bigger alt/bigger wire/big 3/ bigger battery to push out 2600 watts and not have my shit dip to below 12v While driving?

Ya i was thinking the full 2600. SO a new alternator, any idea on the amperage? Should i go with a local rewound 160 amp or step up and get a mechman 250?

I know there is an obvious answer here, but just thinking if 250 amp would be overkill

250 amps is not overkill for 2600RMS. With the HO alt you could probably get by with your existing batteries and not have to add more. If you were demanding true 2600 watts you'd be looking at around 213-225 amperes, and that's not including what your car needs.

You must do the big 3 and you'll have to upgrade all wiring to 1/0 wire. If you currently ground your rear bat to the chassis, you may find that your chassis cannot handle that much current and have to do a dedicated ground from front to rear.
