different voltage on different channels

OK so I was setting my gains and on the left CH I was getting different voltage than the right. The right sounds higher and is 14.38 and left is reading 13.7 on the same gain same for fronts and rears. What could cause that and is that normal

that's a difference of 4 watts of power. Watts is calculated by v^2/R. If you then covert the wattage difference to SPL you'll find that your about .3db's different between channels which is well below the threshold of easy hearing. It's that's a pretty normal amount of voltage to be off by and isn't audible.
