Design needed, big ported box

Hey guys, looking for a box design for my SX 18 in the back of my car. I designed the last box for it, now I want to get some more output out of it. Currently its running in 6.5 cube @ 29 Hz, looking to maybe up it to 7.25 cube @ 37 Hz or so. The main reason that I am asking for help is that I would like to fire it up (unless you can come up with a way to fire it some other way) and I would like to have the ports firing forwards into the cabin when I drop down the seat. I have all the info you will need for a design and I can talk with you about it on aim, just want someone with experience with the SX's to help out. Thanks guys and I am obviously going to pay you for it.

Thats how it is currently in, around 38.5 inches wide and deep, and 17 inches tall. The only problem is making the box shallowing enough to be slid into the trunk. Right now its 12.3 inches tall I believe and 38 wide, 38.5 deep.

No idea at all, its pretty loud right now, but not loud enough.

Yeah the seats fold down....well kind of, they arent supposed to but I just took out the bolts for the backrest and got a set of pins, now you just lift it up and flip it down. It works //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

Oh yeah, no spare tire but whatever. Ill just call someone to pick it up from my house lol.
