Thanks

I will model it up today, but in my experience it should work

out slightly smaller net and tuned slightly higher once all

displacements are accounted for. But it will still be a great box.

Total volume gross : 5.783

Port volume: 2356.59 / 1728 = 1.36

Port wood volume: 27.25 x 13.5 x .75 = 275.9 - 275.9/1728 = .16

Speaker displacement : .15 + .15 = .30

Total displacements = 1.82

Net volume = 5.783 - 1.82 = 3.96 cubic feet

Port length: 33.25

Port area: 5.25 x 13.5 = 70.875

Approximately 4 cubic feet at 34.3hz

Just to close the loop, in pm's I told Bushk311 to

modify the re calc to have 34.5" width and 14"

p2 to make it closer to 4@32hz.

There are bluetooth amplifiers. You can just use your phone or an I Pod as the music source and not touch the radio.

I've used that driver and the ported box is closer to about 2 cubes. We did 1 in a stuffed/sealed 1-1.25 cubic foot box, stuffed with 1 lb of...
