I used the instructions in the sticky to design this box using Win ISD

Sides 11.5X15

Top/Bottom 11.5X24

Back 13.5X24

Front 13.5X22

Port Area 14in2

Port Height 7in

Port Width 2in

Port Length 10in

Gross Volume 1.86 Cu ft

Net Volume 1.75

Tuned to 40hz

Please let me know if I've made any mistakes.

Make it 15" x 30" x 11 1/4" with 2 4" round ports 20 1/2" long. That will be roughly 1.75 @ 40hz with 25 inches of port. That port disturbs me. If you use a aero port you could get by with one port......make it 15 x 30 x 10 with 1 4" aero port 9" long that has 12.5 inches of port.

No, just use PVC pipe. It's alot easier IMO plus it gives you a little flexibility to change the tune frequency.....or http://www.parts-express.com/pe/showdetl.cfm?Partnumber=268-352 which is only 17" long so if you go with 2, get 2 of these then some PVC.

However you see fit. I use epoxy if there are no flares. If you get flares just screw them to the box.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

O and what is an aero port? Sorry im a newb when it comes to ports.
