Deadening to SPL Gains in my Jeep

gotcha. i am not saying that it isn't possible, just not logical that 39.9 sq ft of damplifier would give you a 0.4db gain and the 0.1 sqft would give 0.1db.

My frequency is up a bit.

Since I am out of deadener I am playing around a bit with frequency... so far:

48 hz - 150.7 dB (down 0.8 dB)

52 hz - 151.9 dB (up 0.4 dB)

Going to test up to 55 hz and see where it goes.

Since I am on the charger I am waiting 10 minutes for each burp. Should be plenty of time for the charger on 25 amps to catch up from a ~3 second burp on one 3000D.

Indeed... mine dropped like a rock under 50 Hz as you can see. Perhaps because Damplifier is a very RIGID dampener and not just a mass loader like many dampeners. With a stiffer panel the resonance should be higher as opposed to a heavy floppy panel the resonance should be lower.

I can't wait to try out the Pro version next week!

I'll be testing 53, 54, and 55 and will post results.

I am digging 152.0 dB from one Nightshade 15 and one 3000D so far //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif :)

That makes me 0.9 dB louder than when I started counting the frequency shift... you CANNOT beat that for the cost of the dampener I used.
