CRX build

nothing right now...i left car audio and promosied id never come back //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif this was in a cavalier with a AQ 2200 on it 6 cubes at 38hz whats nice

its pretty easy to make a crx loud, and thats a great sub to use. im pretty sure some crx owners can chime in and let you know whats best for your car. im pretty sure you can put more power on that sub though. i have a buddy with a btl 18 on a fosgate 4000 in a trunk car, and its loud as fawk. maybe more power, and something with sub up, port back duel tuned for daily, and spl...like a 36hz interchangeable port, and a 52hz port? im not sure though.

true that the crx is easy to get loud. but i have a feeling 2 12's will be louder than the 18 based on how the box can be much smaller than an 18 needs to get loud.

just a lil insight from someone who actually has an 18 in a crx. ME!

true thats what i was thinking just cant seem to get my sub traded or sold... i was told by DC that they have a alternator capable of 270 amps but that it wasnt recommended for street use... would the 220 be good enough if i was goning to run say 3.5-4k rms?

power bastards has one for 289 for the crx that is 220 at 1.2k rpm. that plus 2 group 31 batteries and a couple runs of 1/0 ga power and grounds...should be enough for 3k...maybe 4 depending on how efficient the amp is.
