8" 0.5 cube 300 watt daily SVC4 subs

Kinda depends, my friend. What sound are you looking for? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Mostly loudness, it doesn't take too much sound quality to please me. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

two tens sealed... i'm swapping from 4 8s ported to 2 10s sealed.

when you calculate cone area you kind of need to take in account the surround... so an 8" sub really is like a 6" sub without the surround... a 10" is like an 8" without the surround... etc etc.

Meh on sealed.

True, but also, most 8's have a lesser mounting depth and I'm looking for a depth of around 5".

I want REX8's but they only come in D4. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

a sealed setup can out perform a ported setup in the correct application. DC LVL 2 10s only require .7^3 ft ported if you wanna check into them.
Hmmm, those DC's are an idea. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
