What Kind of X-Over?

Generally, run the rca's from the radio to the Xover to the amplifier. Settings are dependant....

well its a boss Xover and I have two 12in memphis 450max

should the power, ground and remote run to the amp or xover first??

power wiring doesnt matter too much. the xover should not draw more then a few amperes.
