Do most of you set the Low Pass of your fronts to the same frequency that the sub cuts off at, or is there a gap?

you mean highpass?

No, you set so your slopes will meet at -3dB and then adjust 'till desired sound is achieved.

I have an Audiocontrol with crossovers. Please give me an example of where I should be with my fronts assuming the Sub is at 80.............

For what he is describing, you would set it at 80 for both high and low pass. The crossover freq is defined as the half power, or 3 dB down, point. Fguring ot where the crossovers need to be set is part of tuning the system and one size doesn't fit all. Everything is going to depend on the the car, the gear and the install itself.
