Crossover for Active System

I'm lookin for a crossover for when I go active. I need it to work with horns, midbasses, and tweeters. So, would a 3 way crossover work? I was under the impression that 3 way crossovers had a High, Mid, and Sub output. So does this mean I need like a 4 way crossover, or am I just being stupid and comprehending the wrong thing from what I have read?

Or, maybe my indash EQ may work. It's a Clarion EQS744. Would this work in an active setup? (Probably not, as I tend to have bad luck...)

Any and all help would be appreciated...

BTW, if I happened to use the sub out, how do I avoid "over-equalization", as I have an indash EQ and a Soundstream BX10?

hmm aren't horn kinda like tweeters? i mean dont they up around 1.5khz and up? what frequencies were you planning on playing with your horns, tweets and midbass?

I can't remember the exact frequency responces. It's been awhile since I talked to the guy I'm getting them from...

The horns can play much lower than the tweets I'm getting. That's why I didn't want to use them on the same output of the EQ.................

i mean can the horns play down to 300-600hz? because usually midbass is LP at around 300-500hz or so can the horns play that low?

Not that low, but they can play low.... I just can't remember HOW low..... I do know the midbasses I'm getting can pretty frikkin low... Again, just can't remember HOW low...
