Crewcab temp build, best port/sub placement??

I'm going to build a temp box for a single 12" till I can get around to building the permanent box for my 4 10". I'll be putting it in the "40" section of the 40/60 split rear seat (as shown in the picture). Any ideas as to the best placement for the sub/port??
