First of all, I have a bunch of sky high 1/0. Does anyone know if this fits regular 1/0 copper lug ring terminals without much trouble?

Secondly, is it a bad idea to mix batteries if they rest at different voltages? I have a bosch 75ah agm battery under my hood that is about two years old and rests at 12.55-12.6 and a couple used RPS 30ah AGM batteries that are sitting at 12.8 I want to put next to my amp.

Most car audio wire is oversized, so what's advertised as 1/0 is actually 2/0. You're going to want to get some 2/0 lugs for sure.

Your lowest battery will pull the rest of the electrical down. Your RPS batts will discharge to try and bring the bosch voltage up. 0.2v is not much to worry about, though.

good call just crimped some hyperflex (if anything smaller than SHCA) and it barely fit in the 2/0 lugs

What size dies does everyone use for 1/0? Mine are in mm2 50 seems big 35 seems small

i wouldnt run those in parallel without an isolator, but im more careful about that than most people. there's a lot of documents online explaining why - so i dont really need to go into that unless you're curious. at least make sure to fuse them both within 18 inches.

The SIA is a great line of amps. People like to hate. My little SIA does work with 4-8's. And it bangs the lows.
