couple questions about opening a business

i am thinking of opening a computer repair business, than in the future adding on a web design business. i have the space to do it. now what would i need to get started, by that i mean licenses and such.

I would suggest getting some good reading material on the subject, look into insurance to protect yourself against lawsuits, talk to some small business owners etc.

It would help to be MCSA and MCSE or at least be certified in A+ and N+.
